Frequently asked questionsWhat are campaign participants?Campaign participants are people who entered your referral program either by entering their email address on InviteBox widget or by sharing your site via a social network. How does free trial work?When you sign up for an InviteBox account we give you a free credit for 100 campaign participants. This credit is valid for 14 days. If you decide to continue using InviteBox after you exhaust your trial credit or 14 days pass, we shall start charging you according to your selected plan. We will not ask for your credit card until that point. What happens if I exhaust the participants limit within the plan I have selected?All campaigns within your account will be suspended until the end of the current billing period. You will still have access to your account and all the data, but the widgets associated with your account will not display until the next billing cycle starts. Don't you offer a free plan?In a way. The free plan comes with the standard 14 days / 100 participants trial, but after that the monthly campaign participants limit is 0. You can increase the limit by either switching to one of the paid plans or referring your friends to InviteBox (50 monthly participants per every referral who signs up).
